Rest in Peace

Hello everyone; it’s been quite a while since I wrote my last blog.  And I guess I need to give you an explanation.  A lot has been going on in my life recently, and I’d like to kind of explain what’s been happening.  I’ve been having some health issues that have prevented me from doing any deep thinking.  Some of these things are quite contrary to my past blogs.  

I’ve been given a diagnosis of stage 4 breast cancer, which was quite a shock.  I’m trying to learn how to deal and live with it.  We all know that one day we are going to cease to be.  Knowing the end is close can have both advantages and disadvantages. 

Life leads us down many paths. Certainly, some we don’t expect.

This was the last I could help my mom write before she passed.  She passed in the early morning hours peacefully with me by her side.  I am not the eloquent writer that my mom was. Nor do I have the religious conviction.  But we still had a strong bond thru the good and the bad.  Good always winning the battle.

I’m sorry you will no longer be able to read/hear her blog posts, as I know many of you found inspiration from her writing. Just know that she is at peace and has been out of the darkness for a long while and remains in the light.
